Sexual abuse scandals in the Catholic Church

The Church has always been in the center in the west world.  In fact, the Church had a huge influence in most of the countries and in Ireland in particular. However, some evil people use the massive power of the Church in order to abuse weaker people. Especially, sexual abuse in the Catholic Church is a huge topic. Since the beginning of the 20th century, more than 10 000 girls and women worked for catholic nuns and these girls were victims or prostitutes. So these girls were potentially abused by evil Catholics. Although women sisters and pastors are part of it, the majority of them are men with one strategy in common: they are able to manipulate candid and innocent young girls by summoning the sake of god. In fact, they could literally “sell” a way to heaven. The big issue of the Ireland education was the fact that young boys and girls were “brainwashed” to believe in the clergy since they birth. Therefore abused children had the tendency to not talk about their problem and kept in for themselves.


Nowadays, the pope François feels some kind of shame about what happened all over the century. Moreover, Irish Catholic Church leaders are accused of covering hundreds of priests suspected of having sexually abused thousands of children for several decades. Investigations in Ireland revealed that some illegal adoptions of children         were made with the complicity of the Church. The pope François is cheering for the local authorities to investigate more in the evil side of the Church.
