INTRODUCTION:

India is an incredibly diverse and culturally rich country. Despite gigantic and beautiful monuments, delicious food, a booming business sector, and Bollywood, it still has some major health issues that many other countries have minimized far more successfully. These health issues affect absolutely everyone, from the poorest people to the richest ones and from those who live there to tourists who only come for a short stay.

From the last 10 years, innumerable diseases and conditions have been plugged in India. Some of them can be prevented through vaccination and others need long term medication and treatment. Here are the top factors that create Major health problems in India and how to get away from the effect that causes such health problems.

WHY ALL THESE HEALTH ISSUES ?

 India is a country which is quite infamous for its sanitation and cleanliness. This country does not have the provision of clean water and food in many areas, especially the rural parts. The contaminated water and food increase the chances of getting infected through waterborne or foodborne diseases. In India, the water from the tap can be extremely unsafe and filled with polluants or dangerous microscopic organisms, like viruses and bacteria. Another major cause for common health issues in India is the pollution. Pollution of air, water and soil has affected the health of many citizens. Airborne diseases are mainly caused because of polluted air. In addiction to the inadequate access to healthcare or medication. There are many diseases or health issues that commonly occur among Indians. The disorders can be quite severe and precautions should be taken to avoid them.

WHAT ARE THESE HEALTH PROBLEMS ?

1. Heart Diseases:

As we mentioned earlier, Heart Disease is one of the major issues that cost most of the men and women lives nowadays. According to the studies in India the country with more than one billion people, among them 60% of heart disease patients were recorded by the year of 2010.

2. Cancer:

Skin, lung, prostate and colon cancers are one of the major causes of death. The very good news about cancer is that the advancement of medication and treatment increased the survival rates of victims nowadays. The risk of cancer can be reduced by changing the lifestyle.

3. HIV/AIDS:

HIV means Human Immuno Deficiency Virus that mainly affect the immunity system of the Human Beings. Some common symptoms are High weight loss, nausea, Fever, and vomitings

4. Reproductive Health:  

The pregnant woman in India faces a risk of death due to pregnancy that is 50 times higher than for women in industrialized countries.

5.Osteoporosis:

It is most commonly seen in women than in men. It’s a largely preventable disease that affects major joints «articulations » in the body. Even its effects in all the ages, but in the adolescent stage, it affects the growth of the individual.

6. Depression:

It is also commonly seen in women than in men and is known as a Major health issue that affects Indian women. According to recent studies, women create much emotional bonding with others that leads to more depression. Women create much emotional links with others that leads to more depression. Women tend to get depressed more than men with such circumstances.

7. Diabetes:

Most of the diabetic people are suffering from type 2 diabete. Most of them don’t know about the disease until it develops to most serious problems like Vision loss and Kidney failure.
