Introduction:

First of all, the document is an extract of an article. It was taken from a newspaper named ‘The Triangle Business Journal’; it is dated of July, 2014 and it deals with changes seen in the dress code at work in the United States (especially in North Carolina) and the reasons of those modifications.

Some businesses make the traditional work’s clothes as compulsory, some allowed casual clothes but not all; even If they are giving up three- piece suits they are also rejecting jeans and shirt.

La créativité et l’originalité avaient plus de valeur parmi les jeunes concepteurs informatiques qu’avait le costume trois pièces. La création des entreprises point-com a d’avantage promu l’idée de la tenue décontractée pour la pensée créative. Most companies use their employees’ good judgement to dress properly but they face of employees who push this matter to far and also having to deal with the new fad for tattoos or body piercing from recently graduated student but the proper dress for a professional interview stay the classic suit and dress for women.
