The value Fast Food is linked with the Service because Quick in a range of service-related activities, including training of the producer team and adjustment and disposition of machines in order to achieve this goal.
The value Fast Service is linked with Operations because Quick converts the inputs provided by inbound logistics into final product form. Machining, packaging the sandwiches, assembly them, and equipment maintenance are all the operations made to assure their fast service.
They need to prepare their machines/equipments and ingredients in order to optimize their service.
In order to propose several sandwiches, Quick optimizes the storing of the component of sandwiches Huge Refrigerators, and a huge room to keep safe different type of bread, sauce (ketchup, mayo…) through their Outbound Logistics.
The Sale team of Quick proposes to organize birthday for children, this service is an added proposition, because this activity is provided for customers who can purchase this service. Thus, Quick develops this market (for children), they are the future customer when they will be adult. It is a Marketing & Sale
Values as employee (personal experience)
When I was a study employee in Quick, they are also on Human Resource Management, because there is a turn-over of employee, it often changes of employees so they need to hire, train them.
They have a Firm Infrastructure they have a general management (be efficient), planning, that are required to support the work of the entire value chain. Through its infrastructure, the firm strives to effectively and consistently identity resources and capabilities, and support core competencies.
