Question 1:

During my last internship, where I was assistant press officer, at the beginning of September we had to organize a pressday to present the culinary products for the Christmas holidays of our customers to the press. During the two weeks preceding the event, my press officer and I had to call all the journalists to confirm their presence, organize the day with schedules for each person, prepare the gift bags to give at the end of the day ...

When the day was finally arrived, one of the hostesses did not come, I had to replace her all day long for that the organization of the event is not disturbed. At the end, this day went extremely well, we had only compliments of the journalists as well as our client who wanted to resign a contract with us.

My press officer was very happy of myself and told me that I knew perfectly anticipate the problems, that I had very well knew how to control the day and that she would not hesitate to put me back on an event like this one.

Question 2:

I work for my parents from time to time. I’m recently in the Webmarketing part. My mother and I have some disagreements about how the website of the family business should be reviewed. In my opinion the site must be much more modern, but my mother does not agree. To convince her, I had to show her how their competitors had redone their site. In addition, I showed her a model that I had made and she finally completely approving the change.

At the end, the site was put back online and the popularity of the company as well as the visitors increased.

Question 3:

A customer of the family business called us to tell us that his order placed with us had not arrived and that we had more than 1 week late delivery. He also told me that if the order was still not received by the end of the week, he will not reprocess any more orders with us. This client was very important to the company and we absolutely did not have to lose it.

We were absolutely not the culprits in the story because the goods were ready on the date indicated on the order form.

So, I directly called the transport company asking where the goods were and why was it so much time to be delivered ? The person on the phone then replied that the carriers were simply on strike.

I made the decision to pick up the parcels and go myself to deliver the goods to the customer.

I could also have decided to break the contract with our shipping company and find another, but I was short of time and the transfer of goods would have been too long and would have required significant costs.

I think I made the right decision because at the end the customer was delighted with his goods and ended up ordering a few months later when no problems happened.
