TD anglais
This document taken from BBC news online, deals with the import of camels to Saudi Arabia.
Indeed, the country has undergone/faced a shortage of camels due to diseases and drought which makes it a necessity to import animals from Australia. Moreover, Saudi Arabia needs a large number of camels for many different purposes such as racing, and consumption let alone to replace the animals lost during the Mecca pilgrimage.
Australia is overpopulated with camels who have become a nuisance for other species.
Finally, Australia needs to export its camels to other countries such as India in order to find a new outlet/market for their overpopulation.
