Hello everybody, in this part I will present you a mix marketing of coca and Pepsi:
So firstly, you should know that the mix marketing is composed of 4 elements: product, price distribution and communication.
- Let’s start with mix marketing about coca cola:
So, the Product of coca cola:
- as we know all coca cola has a several products such as
- Concerning the packaging of Coca Cola: we can define 2 colors
- The packaging red to attract the view.
- The packaging Light to reflect the light and shine.
- Coca-Cola has 3 types of packaging
- The glass bottles
- The can
- The plastic bottles
- The price: the price of coca depends on the quantity and the type of bottle : so:
-The 25cl glass bottle: It contains just a little and is so expensive.
-The 36cl can: It contains a reasonable dose and a reasonable price too.
-The plastic bottle 1,5l or 2l: it contains a lot and is not expensive.
- Communication:
- So, Coca Cola reflects image of tradition, pleasure of being together, and happiness.
- Publicity of coca cola are more for families, especially in the event like Christmas.
- now I quote some marketing measures made by coca for example:
- sending commercials SMS,
-loyalty program by couponing,
gifts to win at the social media
-Coca Cola is a partner in sporting events like the World Cup
- Distribution
- Coca sells in every store, restaurant, or during public activities.
- For better distribution, coca has developed a self-service vending
- Coca Cola distributes during events sometimes for free

- so, the Products of Pepsi:
- Pepsi chose blue for his product
- Types of Pepsi:
-Pepsi Diet: not too sweet
- Pepsi Max; the same not too sweet, it’s the first product of Pepsi outside the united states.
-Pepsi one: the goal is to compete coca zero
-Pepsi Jazz: with caramel flavor
-Pepsi AM: Containing more caffeine compared to a classic Pepsi, for s a morning drink.
-Pepsi Wild Cherry: Pepsi with cherry flavor.
Price of Pepsi:
- the big bottles are not too expensive
- generally, the prices of Pepsi products are not too different with similar products of other brands.
Distribution :
- Pepsi like coca sells in every store, restaurant, or during public activities.
- Like coca cola for better distribution, Pepsi has developed a self-service vending
- as well Pepsi distributes during events sometimes for free
Communication:
- Pepsi uses celebrities like David Beckham, , Beyoncé, . under slogans like "Pepsi, the new generation" and "Think different, think Pepsi".
- Pepsi is also the first br to call artist like Michael Jackson to support the Pepsi brand to touch the fan of this king
