Contemplating segregation

The all family wear a hat, they wearing nice suit. They are all elegant.

In the first episode, the series take place in New York. There are teenagers who are chatting with each other. And few time after, a group of teenagers, ask to every teenagers to came with them in the park ( Central Park ). After that, the group is compounded around ten teenagers, they walk together. They make a little heckling but nothing very mad. But like they make a bit to much noise, some people call the cops and a group of the teenagers are arrested.
