Describe Holden Caulfield. Would he be the type of guy you see yourself being friends with. Despite a few minor setbacks in his late teens, will holden achieve greats things and have a good life as an adult. Why or why not...

1:

Holden Caulfield is a kind of protagonist of sixteen years old. He is a very intelligent and sensitive man. He doesn’t like most people because he finds the hypocrisy and ugliness of the adult world unbearable. He was ejected of Pency Prep (a high school) because he was in check. During all the novel, he tries to find his place and his identity (red hunting hat link). He constantly tries to hide his weaknesses and sometimes he is just phony, meanness and superficial. The only person he finds respectable is the nouns and the member of his family like Phoebe or Allie (his dead brother). Throughout the novel, he has difficulty accepting the new world that is offered to him: the adult world. Holden who are at verge of emotional collapse finally find what he wants to be.

2:

Despite the fact that I find the character of holden very interesting, I think I cannot become friend with him because our behavior are very different. I’m a sporty guy who constantly needs to move. I live one day at a time and I don’t think about the future. Holden always think about his future and about what he want to become. He constantly questions himself. The only point in common that we have is our age.

3:

I think he will be a great man because someone who are passionate by his jobs is always good. Holden will become psychologist or mentor for children or somethings like that. He will surely end up finding his soul mate. Someone who will going think like him, and for finish he will have several children. He might adopt a child to give him a second chance.
