Here is a list of PROBLEMS and between brackets () possible solutions

Yun Lee should see a doctor and adjust your workstation to the correct height

3)--Eddy Mitchel has heart problems due to obesity

Eddy Mitchel should stop eating snacking all the time and take longer breaks for lunch

4)--Mrs Harris is exhausted  , she is working late every evening

Mrs Harris needs an assistant and reduce work load

               (reduce work load*  / hire an assistant)

5)--Mrs Sue Chon often insults her colleagues

Ms. Sue Chon should stop insulting her colleagues and reviewing her behavior

                 (insult /  accept her behaviour*)

6)-Jane Berkin often cries* because she does not understand her manager’s instructions
