I’m going to talk about the notion space and exchanges. To begin with, I’d like to give a definition of exchange. The different spaces of the world are nowadays more and more connected to each other. The exchanges can appear in many forms: people, trade, information. One of the most crucial forms of space and reciprocity is globalization. People all over the world have become closer all over the world. Goods and services that appear in a country will be immediately promoted in others. International transfer and communication are more common. To describe the present time, they use the term the era of globalization. The phenomenon affects the economic business and exerts a wide influence on society. The growth of the developing countries is the main cause of globalization and it brings both opportunities and disadvantages to them. Globalization is the process of international integration arising from the interchange of world views, products, ideas and mutual sharing and other aspects of culture. Advance in transportation such as the locomotive containership and in telecommunication infrastructure including the rise of the telegraph. The internet and the mobile phones have been the major factors of globalization generating further interdependence of economic and cultural activities. With the help of technology, geographic distances do not matter anymore. How are the cultural, economical and political factors interrelated across the world?

Cultures and increasingly diffused across the world. This is manifested by examining a few of the elements of culture: language, music, art and etc. In today’s extended social relations brought about by social media, the need and the interest to learn foreign languages have increasingly become more important. English is spoken by 83 countries around the world is obviously more popular. As it is used all across the world, and the ability to know how to speak English is crucial for jobs, this is an indication of the need for better understanding and the ability to communicate across the world. In the field of music, online music stores like iTunes, reach millions of users across the globe. Taste and preference for music is getting wider and more varied, as access to it is easier trough technology. In art, particularly in films, in Cannes’s film festival in France, they were many entries from all around the world, and the appreciations for foreign film has increased. More importantly, economic and political policies work within the cultural realm. Economic and political policies provide for the availability of these cultural forms as the government should recognize people’s democracy and interest.

The political connection to economic incentives is obvious. Governments recognize that’s the global economy depicts the interdependencies of markets. International trade has proven to provide local economies with benefits. Among this advantages are the enhancement of local competitiveness. Local governments allow the entry of foreign goods to spice up the competition , making local producers improve their products qualities. International trade also helps stabilize seasonal market flucutations. Businesses are able to sustain operations by tapping other markets abroad. Related to this, the dependence on existing markets is also reduced.
