This email is about the development of the Hudson brand and for the meeting we need to do together.

As you know, our market share in USA has decreased and we have decided to expand our brand in the European market.

Firstly, we have done a survey to know the opinion of our customer.

The results show customer think our brand is expensive, we have a good quality product, but is not exciting, not innovative and is old-fashioned. So, we have strengths and weaknesses in our brand actually. We must keep the strengths and work on all our weaknesses.

Following this survey, we have found solutions,

The first solution is to hire a top designer, with this solution we can keep the good quality, our cost will increase but we will have a higher price, our customer will be happy because our products will be more exciting, more innovative and fashioned. With this solution we can have a new genre of customer like businesspeople, rich, younger and fashion-conscious buyers. Our profitability and our number of customers will be increase.

The second solution is developed sales using e-commerce, as you know the new technology has evolved and will increase again for few years. We can keep the good quality, reduce our costs with a very competitive price. The e-commerce web site can be very attractive for our customer with an easy to use and no way to our shop. A good time saving for us and them. In internet we can do a lot of advertising for low cost. This solution can increase our profitability.

Secondly, we need to have a meeting together and with your different associate, I invite you at our head office in the New Jersey the week of 3 to 7 because I have a lot of work this week.
