Why You Want Women in the Workplace:

This document is a research report, called ''Why You Want Women in the Workplace'', and this text was published by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). More precisely it was written by Cathleen Clerkin.
Firstly this text is based on responses from almost 750 leaders and aspiring leaders. It talks about the place of women it compagnies and their advantages in those. In general, public opinion thinks that having women in a business is not an asset. On the contrary, research has shown that the 500 compagnies with the most women have better earnings than the other compagnies. Gallup's study shows it too, indeed diversified businesses have a higther average income than businesses that are less diversified. Having more women in an organization allows more job satisfaction, more organizational dedication, more meaningful work and less burnout.
