The job that makes people happy

Homeowners association is a committee of homeowners in a particular neighborhood that works to preserve the value of homes in the area and improve the neighborhood in general. They help protect the value of a home in a number of ways. First, these associations protect home value by ensuring that all homes in the neighborhood are clean and well kept. They will make homeowners change and repair their house, that help protect the value of homes and sell more money. Also, associations have a considerable influence with local school broads such as funding for school and remove an ineffective teacher. Therefore, people are willing to pay more for a home in a neighborhood with good school, and the value of home is protected. Finally, homeowners associations use membership fees to beautify and improve the neighborhood such as improving local park or building new playgrounds. This will help raise the value of all the homes in the neighborhood.

Part 2

Some people look for well-paid jobs, but others prefer to do the jobs that keep them happy. Each person has own choice for their jobs. In my opinion, I think people should do a job that make them happy to a well-paid job for several reasons.

The first reason is that if you do job that you like, you will become more creative and more resourceful. Your favorite job will make you interested in working and creative in your job. This will help you succeed more in your career. Only interest make success in work.

Next, the favorite job helps you survive in business. When you lose with a well-paid work that is not your favorite, if you didn’t have any interest in this job at first, you are more and more disappointed with it and you can only give up. That you lose in your favorite job not only can’t make you give up but also encourage you learn more and improve your skill more and have experience from your lose. This will help you become successful and survive in business with your job.

Finally, If you can’t afford to do the thing you’re passionate about — for example, if you do it, you won’t be able to feed your family, or it would keep you from graduating college (which is something you think is more important than whatever you’re passionate about) — then no, you’d better not bet your economic life on it. A basic principle concerning how you should deal with an unknown future is that every small smart step you take should leave you alive to take the next step.

To sum up, only when you do the job that make you happy, do you feel that everything you do and your life is meaning. A well-paid job can be an ideal job, but it is only temporary thing when you can’t look for any happiness. Therefore, remember: “do what you love, the money will follow”.
