What do you know about sick leave/holidays in the UK?

Introduction :         The themes of these texts are the sick leave and holidays.

I'll talk about the reasons, causes and consequences.

Development :         First, for the first text 'Skiving' staff take weeks' extra 'holiday' is that in the UK, there is 30% of employees are ‘thieving’ time to companies. They use the internet and phones for personnal reasons whitch corresponds to fourteen day off a year.

They are sicker, more stressed and they lose productivity. It is essential that employees take vacations, it's good for them and for the company !

Finally, in the last text sick leave: it's all over the EU map. Northern Europeans are more often ill than the Studite and the men are sick more often than women. All this is due to workplace accidents, stress, and work-related diseases. Absence rates for the disease are higher in countries where it is to take a day facille disease.

Conclusion :                 To conclude, we have seen that there is 30% of employees in the UK who are entitled to 14 vacation days per year, while northern Europeans and 60% of employees working in the field of trade and health do not take leave, suddenly they are sicker, more stressed and tired.
