Scott John Morrison “Scomo” was born on 13 May 1968 in Warely, new south wales in Australia and grew up in the Sydney beachside suburb of Bronte, His father was a police commander and local-government councilor. After completing high school he went on to accomplish an honors degree in applied economic geography at the University of New South Wales. He is an Australian politician serving as the 30th and current Prime Minister of Australia and leader of the Liberal Party. He has been a member of the House of Representatives since 2007, representing the Division of Cook in New South Wales.

Scott Morrison has held various positions on councils promoting Australia's tourism industry and was the managing director of Tourism Australia between 2004 and 2006. He entered federal politics in 2007, winning the seat of Cook in the southern suburbs of Sydney, which he has held ever since.  In 2014 cabinet reshuffle, Morrison was instead made Minister for Social Services. He was promoted to Treasurer in 2015. In 2018, Morrison emerged as a candidate, defeating Dutton and Julie Bishop to become a leader of the Liberal Party and prime minister.

Mr. Morrison married his childhood friend Jenny when he was 21. Now, he is 50. They have two daughters. He is a fan of the Cornella sharks rugby league team and, in 2016, was named the club's number-one ticket holder. He is a devout Christian. He has said "the Bible is not a policy handbook, and I get very worried when people try to treat it like one". In late 2017, Morrison stated that he would become a stronger advocate for protections for religious freedom and now he is the Australia’s Pentecostal Prime minister.
