My fellow citizen

My fellow citizens,

I just comeback from my official trip in Afhganistan.

In this country, murder by the war, I saw horrible things.

In Afgahnistan many childrens are amputated.

If you ask me why, I answer you simply :

They play in wasteland and walk on anti-personnel mines. When I heard this, I was shocked !!

Afghanistan didn’t sign Ottawa’s traity signed by 163 countries in 1997. It proves that Afghanistan doesn’t want to be a safe country.

As President of the United States of America, I want to create an organization to protect and to help this childrens.

Unfortunately, the Afghanistan is’nt the only country touch by this tragedie : there are 57 countries polluted by the mines.

This scourge makes 10 victims per day.

I ask all of you :

Do you want to protect this land and figth against this problem ?

in that case, join my organization : no mines for a better earth,

to clean up countries infect by mines.

I would like to inaugurate this organization the fourth April :

The International Day of the awareness to antipersonnel mines.

The first part of my project is to prohibit the mines in all the country of the world. In the second part of this project, I want to help and cure the people injured by this problem. And finally, I want to offer to the victims, a prosthesis, like that, they can have a normal life.

But for that, we need peoples to promote this organization in the all world, can you help me to realize my dream ?
