Living in Lozère today

Eight good things about living here:

- Life in Lozère is very calm and peaceful. It's relaxing, there's no traffic.

- The small towns of Lozère are less stressful than the big towns, like Paris.

- There are beautiful landscapes with wonderful uplands. There are endangered species of flowers which are colourful and so gorgeous.

- You can walk in the numerous forests.

- You can do any kind of sport here you could ever want.

- It's a great area for the children, they can play in the gardens or in the forest. When I  was a little girl, I usually went with my parents in the forest and we hiking. I loved it.

- Historically, there are many traces, like Roman roads. In Montjézieu, my village, there is one.

- You can know every people in a place very quickly, you can make friends and have a busy social life.

And now for the bad things:

- It's a very little area, there is nothing to do for the teenagers.

- There are not big shops, we have to drive for do shopping.

- There's no entertainment during the holidays or the week-end. It's very boring.

- It's hard to move because there's no public transports. I am blocked here.

In my opinion Lozère is a beautiful area, with much differences between the different places or towns. But for the teenagers, it is annoying, and it's hard to do things outside the school.
