The government evacuated a lot of people and canceled some appointments.

They have unlocked the airports, the public place and the subways.

The population are remained very calm in the face of all this disaster. They remained organized.

October 26 the Pentagon puts more than 45 000 soldiers on the alert to intervene in seven threatened states and in the capital.

I went to meet Ann and her mother Julia. They are rescued from their flooded flat by a rescue swimme called Dane. They explained to me how Dance saved them.

« we were stuck with my 5 year old daughter, I lost hope and I heard : my name is Dane and I’m her to save you. I screamed with all my trenght. After that we thanked her so much, my daughter was not ceasinf to hug her. She is a real hero. »
