Dear Staff, 

After the Covid 19 pandemic, I noticed it became quite complicated for all of you to develop a good atmosphere at work. Due to the long period of time without seeing each other, it is completely understandable.  

However, we must solve that problem because it is the key to a profitable business. I have no doubt in your abilities and I am pretty sure everything will go well in a few days.  

First of all, me and the Chief happiness officer have decided to set a meeting with all of you in order discuss about what we could improve during the worktime. 

Secondly, we started to set activities at the break time that you could do even when there is no customers in the shop. We put inside our shop table tennis equipment and a pool table so that everyone can relax and have fun. 

 In addition to that, we organized a meeting with a psychologist for all the employees, the purpose of this meeting is to confide your problems, she will try to help you if you don’t’ feel comfortable or if there is any problem. It is obvious that everything told during the meeting will stay in a private sphere. 

I hope that everyone will invest for a better working atmosphere.
