Freedom of expression as it exists in the United States is not a good example for me, and I could not encourage or even want all states to have such freedom of expression. Every country has its freedom of expression, a freedom that is sometimes limited, but freedom of expression as it exists in the United States is not a freedom to have in all countries. Freedom of expression must only allow us to express what we think and not accompany this freedom of violence. It is true that freedom of expression is limited in Germany as it was demonstrated with the example of the two Chinese tourists were thus sentenced last week for making a Nazi salute to the Reichstag. It's a crime. Even if they had made this gesture in derision, without being convinced Nazis, they had to pay a 600 euros fine, and the law even provides up to three years of imprisonment for this offense.
For my part, both states have their bad side concerning their freedom of expression, Germany for the destruction of an entire race (what HITLER wanted to do) because we must not lie, as we say if Well, let's get rid of the natural, it's back at a gallop. Germany is imposing a fine and shutting up the Nazis, they do not take a lesson of their mistake, do not assume the harm they did. As for the United States, the latter are no better, they allow the massacre of poor people, the movement AL right massacre of the person in the sense that it is the freedom of expression. But what freedom of expression allows the massacre of innocent poor
The two systems of freedom are not perfect, but if I ever had to choose between one of them, I would take Germany, I preferred to see that it is freedom of expression as conceived in Germany that applies in other states rather than freedom of expression as it is in the United States.
