I'm going to talk about the study abroad experience of Anissa. She was an erasmus etudiant during a semester (4 months) She was sent near conventry in the university of warwich wich is the one of the largest and the best campus in the united kingdom. During her semester she studied a lot of disciplines as litterature, cinema, and also law and translation studies. She didn't have a lot of subjects to study even if the program was hard to take, so she had a lot of free time to spend in students societies. According to Anissa, student organization is a great opportunity to be in full bloom in your study abroad experience with others students. study abroad offers many news activities and interests that she could never have discovered if she stayed home. She was part of Harry Potter fans society, so the university sent them for 3 days in scotland to visit Hogwarts castle... To Anissa there are more advantage than disadvantages to study abroad for 3 reasons
- the opportunity to see the world, you will experience a brand-new country with new outlooks, customs and activities, and when you're abroad you are not limited to traveling in just the nation where you are studying, for instance she visits england surroundings like wales and scotland.
- The second reason is the chance to experience diff styles of education even if it's hard the first time to sutdy in a foreign langage. Anissa was completly lost the first days, but she said that if you have the willing to success in your studies you can overcome this difficulty so that's why choosing the right shcool is an important factor
- the third reason is to take in a new culture, she left for the first time her home so that's why when she arrived in her new host country she was completly fascinated by the distinct cultural perspectives. By the way she met friends from diff backgrounds she met italian, australian, brazilian, lebanese students, the way to exchange between those differents people with different cultures help her to open her mind, and be open to others.
This experience helped her in her personnal development, it really brings out here independant nature, according to her it test your ability to adapt to diverse situations while you're alone. For her, studying abroad is an experience unlike any other.

If students have to pay for university education this may discourage them, and it will widen the class divide.University will give an advantage to families from upper class whereas families from middle and lower class will be marginalized and discriminated. Students should be on a equal footing. By the way, higher education leads to a more educated and productive society.
Indeed, if you have a degree you can get better paid jobs which is significantly harder without a degree. If students have to pay for university education, this may dissuade them. In theory, students could take out loans or work part-time, but this may be sufficient to discourage students from studying Furthermore, we live in a capitalist society where we pay for services that benefit us.
