The growth of the internet has allowed nations and people to connect in ways.
A lot of new danger has been created by this technology
hacker who steal information from the gouvernements
This kind of crime need an international efforts to combat them.
This is a big problème and a lot of gouvernements understates the cyberwarfare in fact
the united nations general assebly defined a complete desarememnt of nuclear weapons and mass destructions weapons(wmd) but they don’t said somthing about the cyber warfare there is not a physical threat even if it rapresnt itself a silent distructor with the ability to access all countries security data and information and thus create a break in trust, confidence and threaten international security,can attack a country by targeting the financial system, steal private and confidential data and documents, it can attack in a new environment where we might not be prepared to defend.
so why they dont take this probleme seriously ?
. As recently as in September 2015 one of the official Indian websites (Kerala government) was hacked. the hacker announced, “security was just an illusion.”
it was an attack on India by a Pakistani hacker! India retaliated by hacking 46 Pakistani governmental Internet sites with the warning not to touch Indian sites ever again.
Is the proof that if they want to they can hack a lot of gouvernements websites
Ans it’s evene the proof that is easy for the hacker to acces to this kind of websites this probleme has to be take more sirously and we have to increase the Security
In today’s society cyber warfare is as much a security concern as is eradicating weapons of mass destruction and need a clearly laid out charter for tracking cyber crimes, cyber interference and cyber transgressions.
Global, International Cyber standards should be cr eated in accordance to international cyber law.
Transparency and vigilance groups could be set up between countries on cyber ‘watchdog’ cells.
Technology needs to be constantly updated with the latest protection defence mechanisms and to detect the loopholes and vulnerability spots.
There should be a commitment to use technology to promote global peace.
