PETIT DÉJEUNER TYPIQUE ANGLOPHONE
I will talk about the breakfast typical anglophone
In a first part, i will talk about English break fast or Irish breakfast ;
in Ireland is the traditional lunch typical of English speaking countries, one of the British angloman emblems, famous around the world, its wealth of fat brings about a third of the needs.
Composition of the basic breakfast
• toast with butter, jam
• Fried eggs
• Fried bacon.
Full English breakfast
• Baked Beans
• Potato cake
• Fried mushrooms
• Cooked tomato
• Grilled Sausage
• Chicken with curry sauce
• Black pudding
• Pancake and Muffin
By tradition and convenience, all ingredients (except perhaps toast) are fried (or warmed) in the same frying pan. At home, the ingredients are cooked one after the other and shared all at once at the end of cooking. We start with the bacon so that it gives its flavor to the other ingredients, and we finish with the vegetables to avoid that they do the same. It can be in the form of a sandwich, and is accompanied by orange juice, red wine, coffee or tea.
