Many gadgets are presented : - a hoover that works on its own – a winkle removal wardrobe – a smart wine cellar with an app : it scans the wine and chills it at the right temperature for the right timre -a  TV with detetions of humans gestures : your body acts as a remote control -other smart appliances

In this video, we have a very traditional vision of the family : the wife spends money shopping and watchs over her childrens while the husband manages the house hold spendings and he take care of all administartives correspondance.

They predicted quite correctly some modern appliances : the printer, the touch screen, internet, emailo and money transfers, webcam, Tv surveillance.

A contempary visiob of thge future :

The house is controlled by an application on a tablet. It ontrols temperature, light, the screen, all electrial appliances, blinds. It is a state of the art house controlled by home automatician.

Living tomorrow : the house of the future as imagined in 2010 :

This house is in brussels and it gathers gadgets thats are supposed to be comercialized in 5 years. 70 companies have worked to create what we can expect from the future : everything is controlled with your fingertips on touch sreens, including musi, atmosphere, the shower, the smart mirror wich brings your news or weather.

The dumb state of the smart home :

a smart home is a home where you control everyyhing from light to music, with a tabletor smart board but theb appliances should be from the same brand because there is no standardized protocol.

Zig bee and 2 wave are trying to standardize the connectivity. These programs try to speak the same language to maje the gadgets work together.

The consumer today is buying pieces smart home but the gtadgets are not conneceted. It won't be long before consumers want to connect everything together.

Google self driving car :

The video is a new report about google self driving car  which is being tested in public streets, it has gone out for a week. The car looks adorable and sleek, some pieces like the strreet wheel are removable.There is no trunch, there is just one « black sensor » on top contrary to the former an whih had many cameras.

It's cautions because it onlydrivers at 25 mph. The camera traces every object movement including pedestrians ans signal from police officers.

There has been only 15 crashs in 6 years.
