Aim : Alibaba wants to develop now app to a maximum, soi t can sell them to hotel chains.

Rooms : Each Room is equiped with a digital assistant. It’s like Amazon’s Alexa, Google Home. It’s capable of switching on/off the TV, the lights, opening/closing the shades…

Service : It’s done by robots.

Payment : Alipay, the app from Alibaba use of QR codes in the bar, in the restaurent on the menu, ..

Role : The robots improve service.

Data : The data are saved in a databank for the duration of your stay.

China : It’s more open to facial recognition apps. Consequently the consumers are more ready to adapt to new technology.
