        Hello,  I am going to present to you a terrible news that happened a short time ago in the United States.

        On Thursday, October 13, 5 people were shot dead in Raleigh, located in the southeastern United States, by a 15-year-old boy. There were also several people injured, one seriously. The victims are between 16 and 52 years old.

        The shooter was hospitalized in critical condition, and the reason for his act is not yet explained.

        The fire was started shortly after 5 p.m. on a walking path in this city. No explanation was given as to how he obtained his weapon.

        Joe Bidden reacted by renewing his call to ban assault rifles after this shooting. Americans are in favor of this common-sense measure which consists of removing the weapons of war from their streets. A Democrat would like to reinstate a ban on semi-automatic weapons. But this project is blocked by the Republican opposition; in the name of the right to bear arms, guaranteed by the American Constitution.

        Finally, I have chosen to present this dramatic act to you, because it is shocking these days that children and adolescents manage to obtain a weapon, and so easily. Because of the American constitution which gives Americans the right to carry a gun, there are even children who play with their parents' gun and end up accidentally killing themselves. There are also many school shootings.
