President Barack Obama set up a jobs plan of $447 (Four hundred and forty seven) billion to overcome the unemployment and boost the American economy.

The economists are almost all unanimous: the plan for the employment of the American president presented, who was presented at the beginning of September, will have a positive effect on the growth in 2012.
