Thanks to Bomgar, which is the worldwide leader in secure, appliance-based remote support. More than 5000 companies worldwide have transformed their IT support functions with Bomgar's enterprise-class solutions. Improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, engineers are able to find and solve the problem by logging in on the client's computer remotely, being able to control and assess the problem. For this kind of profession, certain certifications are needed, and knowledge of different technologies is mandatory. Asad Riaz has over nine certifications, several in Microsoft and apple. He also needs to be up to date with all technologies to be able to help clients with these technologies. He likes this profession because he always needs to be up to date and be aware of new technologies. He chose to be a network/system engineer because it is his passion. Asad has followed four years of studies at university of IT and IT engineer.
He told me that if I wanted to become like him, I would have to be patient, devoted and love what I do.
Personally, I am not really interested in becoming a network/system engineer, but nevertheless I was never bored when he talked and explained to me about his job and studies. I was curious to know what it took him to get to where he was today.

Rameez Ul Hasan, is the UI designer and graphic designer of Whitehats in Dubai. His profession consists of designing the interface of a website, depending on what the client asks for. This profession demands a lot of work and effort as well as patience depending on the projects. Rameez does not work alone, he has a team in Pakistan, with which he communicates to work on projects.
