It will help our teams figure out the right things to build into the product next, based on Axe Finance’s high-level vision [pic 10] and the feedback [pic 11] and ideas [pic 12] that are always flying around [pic 13]

What will we do for you?

∙         For the Product team, our new product will keep all of our moving parts (the roadmap, backlog and your feedback) organized, and makes it easy for us to do so in a transparent way.

∙         For the R&D team, we will keep your development backlog nice and tidy, you will know what's coming down the pipeline, and exactly what needs to be done next. Plus, ProdPad will connect directly with your development tools, with two-way integration (That’s awesome, I know!).

∙         For the Executive team, it's easy to communicate what the product vision and objectives are to the team, and follow progress to ensure things are moving in the right direction.

∙         For the CES, IE, PS, BizDev, Presales, Sales, HR and Marketing we will allow you to get your feedback and ideas heard, and pitch in on where you think the product needs to go. We will make it easy to follow up on previous requests and see whether something was actually sent to development or not.

We want from our Idea Management System to become a daily routine for every collaborator, we are working on important rewards to grant to best contributors:

Monthly:

Most Valuable Player: This title will be given to the idea creator who gets the highest number of votes.

Hoarder: This title will be given to the collaborator with the most approved ideas owned. An idea is approved when it is accepted and pushed to backlog.

Chatterbox: This title will be given to the collaborator with the most comments. Comments number is calculated based on their relevance and importance.

Yearly:

These titles will be given to the holder of the idea of the year. All of the ideas will be discussed and the ones with the highest value added will be selected as the best 3 ideas of the year.
