Introduction

Would we be becoming like the Americans who are ready to dig their debts to provide all the consumer products they desire ? For economic reasons, we do not dare to say that we become like the Americans.

Today, the international credit market cannot seem to meet the requirements necessary economic, social and financial world.

On the other hand, at the national level the market of credit managed well to satisfy the totality of needs for the society. All these services and these products are based on policies which answer the national social and economic requirements.
