MY FIRST TRAINING PERIOD

From 12th November to 22nd November, I was a trainee at CREDIT MUTUEL

The agency where I worked is located in TREMBLAY EN FRANCE

The staff is composed of 8 people. There was 1 director who takes care a little of everything, then there were 3 advisers for the private individuals who tried to sell savings products as it was a highlight in savings, after a adviser for professional who take care begun and of their loan, a person of counter who was in training and to end a replacement who take care of the counter

My supervisor was GUILLEMAIN HUBERT Gerald the director,

I worked from 9AM to 18PM , I had 1 hours lunch break

At the beginning I began by being to quote him to look then from the 2nd week, I was able to be in the alone counter or I was able to make several things as appointment setting, Deposit of check and sort, transfers, Put back by checkbook and by card, command of checkbook and card, opposition for cards fly or lost. The biggest thing which I was able to make it is a card of business but I was not able to assist in RDV(MEETING) with advisers as my companions. With all this thing that I was able to make in autonomy it but really allowed to gain confidence in me within the bank and my to tempt to continue the bank.

My integration was very simple, my group was a very good group which was welded, several customers were very nice with whom we could discuss. And to end my colleagues my took my number so that we can eat in a restaurant later any group. Before this internshi I still hesitated to continue in the field of the bank but with this internship I understood that it is the domain in which I see myself later. It is the first time of my life which I really work and this feeling of integration really pleases me and me made smell within the group

There were customers who were really unpleasant or still to irritate who to listen to us not, we were thus obliged by call advisers or director. There was also a deposit office or it was complicated to manage, it was necessary to be very careful there so that there are not errors and gap. Otherwise in by his it had so many negative elements during my internship.

For me the met difficulties we were to manage the irritated customers or still to manage the pressure when there was an enormous line and to answer customer expectations as fast as possible without making of error. But fortunately that there was my colleague to help me when I really needed it.

Then it was at the beginning because I was shy thus I managed not too much to ask questions where to feel me good, me was more contained on myself but in time quite his finished girder. I more trusted, I took initiatives, I asked questions, me was autonomous.

I am looking forward to my next training period which will take place from March 02nd to March 14th, because I am going to be able to see again all the members of my team, see again them be enormously going to please me, then
