(DIAPO 1) For this second part of the oral, I am going to present the solution which I held to allow a correct positioning of the arms of the pilot then I am going to present, the modification that I brought on the tank to decrease the transmission of the shocks and the vibrations.
At first, I am going to present my choice of solution, the protocols of experiment and in second time, I am going to present my choice of shock absorber then its digital representation.
(DIAPO 2) My choice of solution became established compared to the specifications, I defined the criteria of choice and they is gathered in a comparative board, allowing us to realize a choice by means of criteria technique. The reserved solution is thus the solution number 4.
(DIAPO 3) The solution which I chose is simple to realize technically. She consists in blocking drive shaft in the support frame by means of a locking tab which is stuck in grooves. The locking tab is blocked by one pin split.
(DIAPO 4) Further to my choice of solution, I had to define the elastic limits of the drive shaft and the support frame, the chosen material is the aluminium. The load which cashes the drive shaft is the strength owed to a side shock of inertness, by calculation the strength is lower than by experiment with a dynamometer, I thus study the strength by experiment with a dynamometer for more security. We can notice that the maximal constraint who is of X is lower than the elastic limit who is of X. We can thus conclude that the piece will have no permanent deformation and will not break it. The static study allowed me to see the movement of drive shaft. We can thus say that the arm moves but it remains acceptable.
(DIAPO 5) The load which cashes the support frame is strength owed to side shock caused by another sail wagon which can be approximately of five thousand Newton. I took into account that three G on a sail wagon of one hundred fifty give five thousand Newton. We can notice that the maximal constraint who is of X is lower than the elastic limit. It is therefore possible to envisage to reduce the piece to optimize him. We can see on the static study that the support frame moves infinitely.
(DIAPO 6) We can see that the sail wagon does not posses shock absorbers, the seat of the sail wagon is directly fixed to a leg and nut. Thus, concluded that the sail wagon is not efficacy against the transmissions of shocks and the vibrations.
(DIAPO 7) Therefore, I have chosen a silent bloc as shock absorber by means of a comparative table. To choose the silent block, I took a person who weighs one hundred kilos with the security of fifty kilos. I also take into account that in the most unfavourable case, during a fall, all the strength can find itself on one silent bloc. I thus have to choose a silent bloc which resists a strength of one hundred fifty decanewton.
(DIAPO 8) I developed the silent bloc, so that the silent bloc adapts itself perfectly to the frame and to the seat I owed creates to other pieces.
