This training is supplemented by several practical training in the workplace in order to better know this business.

As for me, I did my internship at AFEM (ELEVATOR MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE AND ASSEMBLY). In this company I found this business and especially gain more professional knowledge

The AFEM Company (Lift Manufacturing Maintenance Maintenance) was created in 1982 by Jacques PASDELOUP and son Daniel and Jean-Jacques capital of Today Daniel PASDELOUP is the CEO of the company AFEM. The company AFEM is a SAS Capital 1 000 000,00 €, whose registered office is located at: 306 Rue Marc Seguin in DAMMARIE ZAC LES LYS in Seine-et-Marne.

AFEM provides the following services:

For lifts: Installation, Installation of lifts, hoists, Dumbwaiter

For doors parking / industrial doors: Installation, Installation of gates, sliding gates, overhead doors, pedestrian gate ...

Contract maintenance and repair

Extrication Troubleshooting- for elevators

SFA (automated closures Systems) for elevators

During my internship I've done the following tasks

- Interviews lifts tours, conducted visual inspections of the wear of cables in the elevator shafts

-Setting The landing doors of the elevator for the safety chain is operational

- Replacement of tensioner pulley, and door operator

-replacement a frequency converter

-; realization of maintenance visits

To conclude this course has reinforced my choice in the trade of elevator service, gave me a contribution both technically and personally

Meter practice my knowledge in electrical, automation, hydraulics and mechanics and to deepen my knowledge on the composition of the elevator cerifier proper operation and diagnose failure
