Alternance: Garage Renault (document en anglais)

GARAGE RENAULT STATION TOTAL

I am on a sandwich course, I make a BTS in alternation in a training center. I am 3 days in training and 2 days in my company.

I- My Company

My firm is Garage Renault. It is specialized in car’s repairs and gas station that is why we also work with Total gas. It is located in Guerande. There are 7 employees among whom two are secretaries.

II- My Missions

My job consists in making some accounting, answering the phone, I pass on the communications suppliers to my boss and I take care of customers, drafting letters outstanding payments in customers, organizing the car’s repair planning, creating estimates and invoices, welcoming the customers and making appointments for my boss.

III- My Project

My project concerns guarantees Renault. The process is a bit complicated. I noticed that my colleagues still don’t know how to make it. They often call the concession to have some help and it takes time.

IV- Analysis and conclusion

The advantages of this job are the working hours, the atmosphere is very good that facilitates the communication, the good agreement between secretaries and the employees of the workshop, I am autonomous versatile and I feel useful. It is very important. I learnt how to take responsibility, how to put into practise the theoretical knowledge I got at school.
