Succès de Clément HAMON en 2014

Clément : Hello everybody , I'm the CEO Clément HAMON ! Firstly, I wish you my best wishes for this new year 2015. We will briefly introduce ourselves.

Ioana : Hello everyone my name is Veta and I’m in charge with all the orders that are made via internet. My team is formed by 20 peoples which they are organizing in 3 different points: the departement of major consumer products, the “cold” departement where the products need to stay cold and also the most important part the delivery zone. The departments are interconnected and they are supervised by me starting with the supplying of products and ending with the time schedule of my employers.

Kim : I am in charge of sector for food products. There are 30 persons for the food department, where they are realizing the arrangement of products. In my team, I have 2 peoples which they are having a part-time work.

Olivier : My name is Bob, my nickname is bob the builder or bob the sponge, it depends. In this shop, I am the manager of technicians. With my hammer and my nails, I repair all equipment of our shop and i realize too maintenance.

Charline : I am responsible of the human resources department, I am deal of cashiers by organizing various schedules and i work for the changes in workplace.

Clément : The year 2014 was a real success for us , you were dedicated , despite tiring and exhausting days ! You are really be fit for this job !!

Now , I'll introduce you to some key figures. The turnover has increased significantly compared to 2013, and it's thanks to you . We are increasing from 47 million to 52 million pound, with a staff 350 employees. Congratulations to the team of the drive, which is experiencing a 20% increase of its revenue.

And you , tell me your opinions, experiences of this year

Ioana : Exactly like the director has pointed this year we had a great evolution in this area but also we had some difficulties. For example I met some customers that said that they had some problems with our site.My recommandation is tot ire a firm which have the main activity like repairing web sites and also trying to creat a site with responsive web design wich aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from mobile phones to desktop computer monitors). I made also my researches and I found a firm that I think that can fits properly for our needs regarding the quality price report.

Kim : this year was very difficult, tiring and exhausting, because we had so many hectic days. For exemple, Chrismat Eve, les rayons were very misplaced, there is salad on the floor, and the consumers were acting like crazy. The restocking was not in time. I think that it was a lack of the staff because many clerks there were on vacation. I know that I am a workaholic, I like that everything will be in a perfect order. I recommend, to take a labour force for the period of Christmas, the inventory, etc. for achieving a great efficiency. T here is an one only recommendation. And I am proud of my team !

Olivier : Listen. Maybe 2014 was positive for Carrefour, but for me, this is an unacceptable year Look, for example, in my workshop, I have only a hammer and a screwdriver. I'm not a mechanic, my name is not Renault or Peugeot,
