- what is the problem described in this paper?
The problem is that cooperation in companies do not work efficiently because of people tendency to act rational and selfish when it’s time to corporate
- what is the main question and how does it relate to the course?
The main question in this text will be: Does people cooperate if others do the same? There is a link with the course because we saw that if in a company “I will cooperate with you if you will corporate with me” which called conditional cooperation
- what is the conclusion of the literature review explained in the article?
The conclusion is that there is a decline of a proposition of cooperation because of non-negligible fraction of subjects free rides regardless of others’ contribution. Secondly, even those who are conditionally cooperative display a bias in the self-serving direction in that they contribute less than the others

There is 21 possible average contribution levels of the other group members, the total average over all unconditional decisions is 6.7 tokens which corresponds to 33.5% of the endowment
9. what is the conclusion?
The decline of the cooperation and that contributions are deteriorating and convergence depends on the actual composition of the group. Positive and stable contributions to the public good are very unlikely
10. how do you put the discussion in the paper into perspective (with direct references to issues you know from "real life")?
Especially in social issues there is these problems because the feeling of feeling unable to act "alone" greatly promotes everyone's egoism. For example, with climate change some people not change their habits because others neither.
