▪ Failure of sliced jelly might hurt product
▪ Difficult to change eating habits
▪ Do it Yourself sandwiches with many ingredients including the sliced peanut butter (synergy effect)
▪ Focus on product placement in supermarket (next to sliced bread for example)
Collapsible wheel :
• Target governments, city councils: make them promote the product to citizens as a way be more civil in public transport and ride a bike more often
• Target cars manufacturers : Ask them to « offer » one for every car they sell. It would create a good environnemental image for the cars manufacturers.

▪ Strong visibility in targeted market and it is a really interacting product
▪ Market : small group of buyer in the US

The Synthetic Surface :
• Hire a jockey who raced on the new surface and a person from a trainer team to help advocate for the surface
• Target Dubai, Qatar and other Gulf countries: found of horse race, money to invest, newer in the business so more open to innovation
4) As an investor - if you were looking to invest - which product do you find most attractive? Why ?
As an investor, I find the Horse track product most attractive. As we said in question 1, this product is the product which is likelier to succeed. There isn’t much financial risks because it only needs a small amount of money to implement needed changes. Finally, the director is a professional which is maybe the most important criteria.
