Ce document est un article de Guardian écrit en mai 2008 et parle des entreprises qui surveillent leurs salariés.

Une enquête à démontré que la chaine allemande de supermarchés discount LIDL espionne ses salariés.

En effet, l’entreprise à installé des mini caméras de vidéo surveillance soi-disant pour éviter les vols à l’étalage mais la réalité était tout autre : elles servaient à surveiller les salariés et à écouter leurs conversations. Aussi, des pages contenant des informations sur la vie des salariés ont été retrouvées.

Des avocats ont indiqué que ces méthodes étaient scandaleuses et qu’elles bafouaient la loi de liberté d’expression et des groupes politiques veulent porter le cas en justice.

Selon moi, il faut faire confiance à ses employés et ne pas les espionner en respectant leur vie privée.

I am writing to you following the investigation of the German magazine Stern that denounces your espionage practices of your employees in your company .

These practices are a violation of laws on freedom of expression and the right to privacy, which is why Hashim Neumann , head of the union , asked me to defend the rights of your employees .

I regret to announce that the union plans to file a lawsuit against your company if you do not change quickly attitude.
