HAVE NOT ACHIEVED A SIGNIFICANT DEGREE OF INDUSTRIALIZATION relative to their populations, which have, in most cases, a medium or low standard of living. –PP-
A developing country, also known as a less-developed country, is a nation with
• a low living standard, -as I just said-
• undeveloped industrial base,
• and low Human Development Index (HDI)

Globalization: is the process of international integration arising from
• the interchange of world views,
• products, ideas,
• and other aspects of culture.
GLOBALIZATION is defined as a process which is based on international strategies, in order to expand business operations on a worldwide level, and was helped by the facilitation of global communications due to technological advancements, and socioeconomic, political and environmental developments.
Financial and industrial globalization is increasing substantially and is creating new opportunities for both industrialized and developing countries.
The largest impact has been on developing countries, which now are able to attract foreign investors and foreign capital.
This has led to both positive and negative effects for those countries.

1. Increased Standard of Living –PP-
Economic globalization gives governments of developing nations access to foreign lending. When these funds are used on infrastructure including
• roads,
• health care,
• education
• social services,
the standard of living in the country increases.
==> If the money is used only selectively, however, not all citizens will participate in the benefits.
