In this article we will be talking about Heroes. After defining the word ambition, we will be talking about what should of should not prompt one to achieve one’s goal.

To me, the ambition is the willingness of one to achieve a goal, an objective that is important to oneself, to do whatever one can to achieve it. Sometimes it can be in a good purpose, but also, in a bad purpose.

In my opinion, the goal to be achieve has to be something very important and that someone is very attached to. For example, achieving a dream, or to be successful in one’s career. It can also be less personal like helping poor people, or third world countries citizen; give them homes, food, water etc... The engine of the ambition has to be in order to achieve something good not something evil either if it’s for one’s personal happiness or other’s happiness. For example, volunteers:

The “Protection Civile“ is like the red cross, they saved, and help people in medical needs on emergency intervention in co-operation with the firefighters. For those volunteers this is an achievement and they’re helping others in need. They could be qualified as heroes. Another example which is totally different is Rosa Parks, the story of the Montgomery bus is worldwide known and it inspired many Afro-American during this segregation to rise and defend their rights. That’s another form of hero.
