G.I. Joe Fallacy: Named after the cartoon series G.I Joe. At the end of each episode of this cartoon, the main character G.I Joe would say: “Knowing is half the battle”. However, merely knowing something is not enough to put it into practice.

Growth mindset: the belief that intelligence can be trained, and the most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work.
Flow: a mental state in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed and in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment.
Mental contrasting: a visualization technique involving first thinking of a positive future outcome followed by thinking of obstacles.
Implementation intention: a self-regulatory strategy in the form of an “if-then” plan that can lead to better goal attainment.
Practicality: an assessment framework in which you determine how practical and important attaining a goal will be in your life.
Achievability: a forecast of how realistic and feasible achieving the goal will be.
Situation support: When seeking change, a good situation to boost one’s motivation is crucial. Merely affecting the situation can change the extent to which we engage in all kinds of habits.
Accountability: the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility.
WOOP technique: WOOP stands for Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, and Plan. The WOOP Technique is a tool designed to help goal achievement and habit change
Time Affluence: The idea that one just has time to do the everything he wants. One doesn't ever feel like he is strapped for time.
