“Bad experience at Bellagio”

In order to had nice time in USA for our new year holiday we flight to LA from Moscow. We had very nice time for 10 days until coming to Bellagio. Then started bad luck with Bellagio. First, we checked ın then when we returned back to rom after dinner we couldn't get in the room because they reserved our room someone else. After 1 hr we could be able to take our room back. They don't pay attention to guests and maybe the worst they don't pay attention security!!!! In Bellagio garage in front of the lobby entrance our car window was broken and 2 of our luggage were stolen. We sent fax and followed up with e-mail but we didn't get any answer then I called them by phone after pushing 30 minutes on the phone then I could be able to talk somebody and she said that it was public parking we couldn't do anything for you, even she didn't say "sorry". There was no security, no warning, no service, nothing.

What a crap hotel that jut steals your money! Charge you 25 a day for hotel facilities as a hidden cost and the pools close at 4pm

What a rip off

And whatever you do don't use the phone as I was charged 150 bucks to call locally for about 4 minutes

These people are just threives

Book elsewhere!!?!!!

“Rubbish Customer Service”

very disappointed with this hotel. My friend and I were due to travel there in March 2013 and she took ill with norovirus the night before and couldn't travel. We had pre-paid the hotel in full and lost the $1200. We expected that and these things happen and had no quibble with that.

We are planning to go in March 2014 and I contacted the hotel and explained what happened this year and asked if they could see their way to give us a deal or an upgrade if we once again paid in full to come again. I got sent the current rates from their website and that was it. No help whatsoever and leaves a really bad taste. We didn't want something for nothing, just a bit of come and go, afterall they would rent our room out this year and keep our cash. Even an upgrade would have been nice after all our hassles this year but no nothing!

I am so disappointed and was really looking forward to staying there but out of principle we will go elsewhere. What really irks me is that you see people handing over $20
