The Brexit is a landmark case which in the United Kingdom want to leave the European Union. This idea has been controversial and a very complicated process since the referendum of 2016. As a result of this referendum was 52 % want to leave the European union and 49% want to remain in the European union. But the problem at this time is that citizens of United Kingdom were not inform about every attentions of Parliament to Brexit. In fact, politicians didn’t mention the no-deal Brexit option. So, the referendum isn’t legitimate because currently some citizens are not sure about this Brexit. However, each successive PM lead to the current PM which is Boris Johnson. He is the leader of conservative party. He has been elected by his own party so he doesn’t represent the general people. And recently he suspend parliament for 5 weeks whereas the Brexit deadline is 31th October. The UK Supreme Court judge his actions as a constitutional outrage and the parliament reopen the day after the decision even if the Boris Johnson did not agree. Finally, Boris Johnson is consider as a hard Brexiters so he wants to leave the EU without a deal.
