I did not liked this fairy tale because its not my scene at all in letterature and its very little build up of suspence...
Little Red Riding Hood - Fixed Fairy Tales is a brief video from HISHE kids published on the Internet the 10 february 2015.
In this little series traditionals fairy tales are revisited. In this video the little red riding hood is actually smart and manages to trick the wolf who tried to lead her to a trap by giving him fake indications so he actually ends up going into the 3 bears's house...
I enjoyed this video because it is actually quit funny. It's a great entertainement for youngs and olds propellled by good characters.
This picture is from Jess Wilcox titled Little red riding hood in 1911
In this picture we can see little red riding hood and the wolf who's looking at the package she's carrying with such interest. This depicts the wolf's vices toward her and the innocence of Little red riding hood who does not seems scared at all.
I did'nt liked this image I find it's atmosphere a bit too creepy.
Grimm is a series by Stephan Carpenter in 2016.
In this distopia a detective who must protect every living souls is investigating on strange disparitions... He ends up discovering that he is a descendant of the Grimm brothers and can actually see people's real nature : some of the humans are actaully monsters from the Grimm brother's tales and are guilty in some of those disparitions
This is revelant because it revisits characters created by the Grimm brothers
Conclusion : In this chapter we avocked many differents themes, the fairy tales; twisted ones and litteral critical reviews.
For the traditional fairy tales we saw the differents ingredients used to write them ( a prince, magic, once upon a time, etc ), as for the narrative structure.
We have also seen some distorted fairy tales and the devices used to twist them and the effects it produces on the reader.
We learnt new vocabulary about fairy tales and literature.
To conclude I'd say that I appreciated this chapter because it's a unique way to learn some new things, it was not boring and pretty simple to get into.
