think of a time when you intentionally got scared

        When I was on holidays in a summer camp, a few years ago, there were a party where we must go outside to walk across a park. At first, I wasn’t convinced by this event. So, we began the night, we had to find some paper. We went with my group in a little house and it was a man with a chainsaw. He was really creepy but as he wasn’t real, I was not fear of him, so I continue to walk in his direction. This is at this moment I really got scared: he turned on his weapon and began to scream at my face. Even if I knew it was not real, I ran as much as I could. But I really enjoy it so it was good fear.

        I was in my garden with some of my friends and it was a massive spider on the table. It was really scary. I could not move anymore I was freeze. My hear rate was really high.

Fear has the role to stimulate our emotions.

It is the good emotion we fell like happiness.

The fear begins on the brain in the amygdala region. Like this, it stimulates the brain who is now in alert, heart rate rises. All this responses to fear by the brain is the fear as we know it.

Anxiety and fear are related by all the phobia of people.

1. Can fear be enjoyable and why?

Yes, sometimes we want to have it like when we watch a horror movie. It is a mix between excitement of being afraid and the control of this fear, so, that a pleasure moment as our emotion are stimulated.

1. Does everyone enjoy fear and why?

It depends of people some of them do not enjoy it as they think for example that a horror movie seems to real. Other enjoy it as it is a mix between excitement of being afraid and the control of this fear.
