Break up
1. disintegration; discruption; dispersal
2. the ending of a personal, espacially a romantic, relationship
Scary hun?
"Break up"
That's a word that has never scared me
I have always been concious that realationships work just like life
Where our only certainty is:
We are born, we live and we die
Relationships follow a simillar circle:
We fall in love, date and then break up
Not necessarily in this order...
The concept of "beginning, middle and end" has always been pretty clear to me.
But recently,
An event reminded me of something that has always intrigued me
I see many couple, who shared many years together, never speaking again
Pretending they didn't have an history
How can we completely distance ourselves from those whom we once loved?
If someday there was love, respect and affection
How could you everleave everything behind?
In the same way I'm sure realationships and life are equal
I also believe love is constant
And mutable
This doesn't have to happen fast
But at some point, we have to turn this into something different
How can I act like I never met him, if he's my first love?
And lore than that....
He was more than just a friend
