He notices that the van got broken into and that the bag is missing from the glove box. Matekoni suggest that Mma Ramotswe should be hired to find the missing bag. After the man leaves, Matekoni vas feeling unhappy about having to lie.

2. What kind of comments does Charlie Gotso make to Mma Ramotswe? Where does Mma Ramotswe claim she got the medicine bag from? What information does Charlie Gotso want from Mma Ramotswe? What does Gotso tell Mma Ramotswe when she returns the bag? What information does Mma Ramotswe want from Gotso? How does she convince him to give her the information she needs?

Charlie Gotso makes sexist comments to Mma Ramotswe. Mma Ramotswe claims that she got the medicine bag from two boys who stole it. He wants the name of the two boys who stole the bag. That’s the bag it’s not his. She wants the name of the witch doctor from Gotso. She gives him information about something that happened that he didn’t know about because she knows that he doesn’t like to miss a thing about his town.

3. What does Gotso give Mma Ramotswe? What does Gotso tell Mma Ramotswe she will get if she mentions his name? Who is Mma Notshi? What does Mma Ramotswe tell Mma Notshi? What surprise does Mma Notshi reveal to Mma Ramotswe? After verifying that the boy is the one who is missing, what does Mma Ramotswe do?

He gives her a map. He told her that if she mentions his name she will get a discount on the witch doctor’s fees. Mma Notshi is the witch doctor’s wife. She reveals to Mma Ramotswe that the boy still alive. After verifying that the boy is the one missing Mma Ramotswe takes him back to his father.

She calls Tlokweng Road Speedy Motors. Matekoni realizes when he sits next to Mma Ramotswe that she was everything to him and he want to tell everything he has in his heart to her but always fail to do it. He asks her again to marry him. She admits to herself finally that she has feelings for Matekoni. The story end when Mma Ramotswe agrees to marry Matekoni.
