To begin this document is a news article, titled GM's first fully autonomous car will be electric and launched on Lyft. It was published on July 18, 2016 and written by Cadie Thompson. It was taken from "www.techinsider.com." The document consists of an image at the top and a text consitu of 5 paragraphs divided into 3 parts. All in the first part explains that the first fully autonomous electric car was created by Pam Fletcher, chief engineer of autonomous of General Motor. He states Line 3 that the company plans to present its autonomous cars on the Lyft platform. Then second part highlights the commercial aspects of the car. Finally the last part tells that Gm has invested in the Lyft platform which is a carpooling company in order to be able to have their autonomous vehicles tested by the public.

According to me, what is most interesting is the commercial side as if they had to sell it trough the text. What surprises me is the sentence line 9 “ They want to get in the car and for it to feel like a cocoon, so they can take nap or have a conference call” because we know that thousands of people die every year because of falling asleep at the wheel and the phone.

In conclusion the vehicles have evolved in recent years after the electric cars now on the market, thanks to General Motor performance we will soon talk about autonomous car. As in our childhood dreams.
