Côte d’Azur
Map
You will arrive at Nice International Airport. Just to give you an idea, the airport is approximatively 30/40 min-drive from Cannes.
The Côte d’Azur goes from Cannes to Menton (and between Cap d’Ail and Roquebrune on the East of this map, you can see the small principality of Monaco).

Driver:
You can contact the company UBER via your smartphone. The Android, iOS and Windows Phone app connects riders with drivers using their phone’s GPS capabilities, letting both parties know one another’s location and removing the question of when the ride will actually arrive. In addition, the tech company also processes all payments involved, charging the passenger’s credit card, taking a cut for itself.

What you can visit
The most important cities are Cannes, Nice and Monaco. In between, you have small cities or villages, with nice beaches and spots to visit.
Cannes:
Shopping in “rue d’Antibes” and “La Croisette” (which are parallel streets to the sea).
Panoramic view: go to “Le Suquet
Night life: Baoli Club (restaurant/nightclub – dresscode: chic) or go to Le Carré d’Or (many restaurants and nightclubs). In summer, they open a nightclub on the terrace of the famous Palais des Festivals. It is called the GOTHA, you can check the program on internet (this is last year program: http://gotha-club.com/)
Beaches: go to the Palm Beach (pool parties) or La Croisette (public beaches or private beaches like Le Majestic Barrière).
Eat at “Il teatro”
5 Rue des Gabres, 06400 Cannes
If you leave Cannes to the west of the Côte d’Azur you will arrive in Theoule-sur-Mer where you have really nice beaches and coves:
Far less, you can go to the villages called Valbonne (and eat pasta at Café Latin) or Biot (and its art glassworks). Take a walk into these small streets, eat an ice cream and watch the architecture. Everything is so peaceful.
Antibes / Juan-les-Pins:
If you want to eat an ice-cream by night, go and have a walk in the busy streets of Juan-les-Pins, especially at the PAM PAM (Cuban bar). By day, you can have some rest on the sandy beaches where waterskiing was born! These beaches are really busy in summer.
If you like walking and nice landscapes, you can go to Le Cap d’Antibes (where are the famous Hotel du Cap – 5 stars hotel; as well as many luxurious villas).
Every night, you can go shopping either in Juan les Pins or in Antibes, to the night markets (where you can find jewels, local products, clothes…).
In Antibes, you can eat at La Cafetière Félée, (French & Asiatic food: http://www.lacafetierefelee.com/) or at “ l’ Altro “.
You can also go to the “quai des milliardaires” which is a nice evening walk: located in the Port of Antibes, you can have a look at the most beautiful boats in the world:
Nice & other cities (East of the department):
Hot spots:
You absolutely have to go to Le Chateau de Nice (with its magnificent view on the port and Nice, its park and cascades):
Under the Castle, you have the Old Town area with plenty of restaurants, a night market, bars and pubs. By day, you have the famous flowers market:
